摘要
目的研究总结不同方法治疗急性脊柱创伤者的临床疗效。方法将我院近年收治的88例急性脊柱创伤患者,按照其意愿分为观察组(n=44)和对照组(n=44),患者分别采用椎弓根螺钉内固定手术治疗与传统开放手术方法,比较分析两组患者的手术时间、疼痛评分、术中出血量、住院时间、术后切口感染、并发症发生率。结果对照组手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量与观察组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率为4.54%,低于对照组的36.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后疼痛评分为(2.01±0.68)分,低于对照组的(6.93±2.11)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组镇痛药使用率为25.00%,对照组镇痛药使用率72.73%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论椎弓根螺钉内固定手术作为急性脊柱创伤新的治疗方式,安全可行,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To summarize the clinical curative effect of different methods in the treatment of acute spinal trauma. Methods A total of 88 cases patients with acute spinal trauma in our hospital were divided into observation group（n=44） and control group（n=44） according to their wishes, and patients were treated with pedicle screw fixation and traditional open surgery respectively. The operative time, pain score, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, postoperative incision infection and incidence of complication were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, hospital stay, intraoperative blood loss in the control group were significantly different from those of the observation group（P〈0.05）.The total complications rate in the observation group was 4.54%, which was lower than 36.36% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. The postoperative pain score of the observation group was（2.01 ±0.68）,which was lower than（6.93±2.11） of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The utilization rate in the observation group was 25.00%, compared with 72.73% in the control group, the different was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pedicle screw fixation as a new treatment of acute spinal trauma, it is safety and feasible,which is worthy of clinical application.
