摘要
目的:探讨护理风险管理在普外科护理管理中的应用效果。方法:收治普外科住院患者102例,分为观察组和对照组。对照组行常规护理管理模式,观察组行护理风险管理模式。结果:观察组总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对普外科住院患者实施护理风险管理,能够有效降低护理过程中的风险事件发生率,减少护患纠纷情况,充分提高患者的临床护理满意度和普外科护理质量。
Objective：To explore the effect of nursing risk management in the department of general surgery.Methods：102 cases of hospitalized patients in the department of general surgery were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were treated with routine nursing management mode,and the nursing risk management model was carried out in the observation group.Results：The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Implementation of nursing risk management for inpatients in the department of general surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of risk events in nursing process,reduce nurse patient disputes,and improve patients＇ clinical nursing satisfaction and quality in the department of general surgery.
