刺参酸性粘多糖对血小板内cAMP含量影响 被引量:2

摘要 刺参酸性粘多糖(SJAMP)有抗凝血酶和引起人与动物血小板聚集的作用。本文采用放射免疫分析的方法检测了SJAMP对人血小板内cAMP含量的影响。结果表明,SJAMP具有抑制PGE_1所致的血小板内cAMP含量升高,且这种抑制作用与SJAMP诱导血小板聚集有关。应用抗人血小板膜糖蛋白的单克隆抗体阻滞血小板上相应的糖蛋白,对SJAMP抑制cAMP含量无明显影响。 The effect of SJAMP on platelet cAMP level was studied using an ^(125)I cAMPradioimmunoassay kit. It has been found that SJAMP could inhibit the prostagl-andin E.(PGE),-stimulatedcyclin adenosin modophosphate (cAMP) accumulation inhuman platelet. the concentration of SJAMP-induced inhibition platelet cAMP isroughly coordinated with that of SJAMP induced plaelet aggregation. three mono-clonial antibodies directed against platelet glycoproteins had no effect of SJAMPon platelet cAMP level.
