摘要
目前学界对近代中国劳资关系研究多有创获,取得不少令人瞩目的成果,但在资料的发掘、整理与利用,研究理论的借鉴与创新,研究路径与方法的多样性整合,研究内容和主题的拓展与深化等方面仍存在不少问题,且有相当大的提升空间。对这些问题进行检视与省思,或可为进一步推动中国劳资关系史研究提供些许思路和借鉴。
Many remarkable research achievements on labor-capital relationship in modern China have been created by the academic circles.However,there are many problems still existing in the fields such as the collection and utilization of data,the reference and innovation of theory,the integration of diversities of research ways and methods,the expansion and depth of research contents and themes,which possess considerable room for improvement.The introspection of these problems can provide some ideas and references for further research on the history of labor-capital relationship in China.
