小剂量布比卡因蛛网膜下腔-硬膜外对老年下肢骨折麻醉效果影响被引量：1

摘要目的：研究探讨小剂量布比卡因蛛网膜下腔-硬膜外对老年下肢骨折麻醉效果影响.方法：选取本院2015年4月～2017年5月收治的下肢骨折老年患者114例,均择期手术治疗,依据就诊时间进行数字标号随机分组,观察组57例,采取小剂量布比卡因蛛网膜下腔-硬膜外麻醉,对照组57例,经采取常规连续硬膜外麻醉;对比观察2组患者麻醉剂量、麻醉起效时间,并结合Bromage评分评估麻醉阻滞后肢体恢复情况.结果：观察组患者在局部麻醉药物剂量使用以及麻醉起效时间均少于对照组,且观察组改良Bromage评分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义,表明观察组患者麻醉后肢体功能恢复效果优于对照组.结论：老年下肢骨折患者实施小剂量布比卡因蛛网膜下腔-硬膜外麻醉效果确切,麻醉起效迅速,对机体负荷影响轻微,增强手术安全性,尤为适合老年群体,值得推广应用.
