摘要
[目的]总结药物铺灸疗法在妇科疾病中的临床应用概况,分析治疗规律,展望应用前景。[方法]检索近年来有关药物铺灸疗法治疗常见妇科疾病的文献,并进行分类整理,归纳其共性,分析其在治疗临床妇科疾病中的优势与不足。[结果]药物铺灸治疗较多的妇科病种为原发性痛经、产后身痛、慢性盆腔炎,证型以肾阳虚型、寒湿型、血瘀型居多。采用药物多为辛温发散之品,铺灸部位以腰骶部膀胱经和小腹部任脉为主。[结论]药物铺灸疗法对于肾阳虚、寒湿或血瘀为证型的的妇科病证均具有明显效果,可以推广运用至辨为以上证型的不孕症、子宫内膜异位症、多囊卵巢综合征以及月经不调等诸多妇科疾病,具有较广阔的应用前景。
[Objective] To summarize the clinical application of spreading moxibustion with traditional herbal medicine on gynecological diseases, analyze the rules of treatment, and outlook the prospect of this therapy. [Methods] By searching the recent years of literature on gynecological diseases treated by spreading moxibustion, it summarized the similarity and analyzed its clinical application, limitations and advantages. [Results] Most of the gynecological diseases treated by this method are primary dysmenorrhea, postpartum pain and chronic pelvic inflammation. The syndrome patterns of above diseases are mainly kidney yang-deficiency, cold dampness, or blood stasis. The Chinese herbal medicines used in spreading moxibustion are hot and pungent. Conception vessel in lower abdomen and bladder meridian in lumbosacral region are commonly used. [Conclusion] Spreading moxibustion with traditional herbal medicine is very effective for gynecological diseases with the syndrome patterns of deficiency of kidney yang, cold dampness, or blood stasis. We recommend that other women diseases like infertility, endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome and irregular menstruation with the same syndrome pattern can apply this therapy.
