摘要
目的探讨肺黏液表皮样癌(Pulmonary Mucoepidermoid Carcinoma,PMEC)的临床特征、治疗方法及影响预后的因素,为临床诊疗提供一定的依据。方法回顾性分析2005年1月至2015年12月在郑州大学第一附属医院经手术或穿刺病理诊断为PMEC的患者139例,分析一般资料,性别、年龄、吸烟史、肿瘤直径、TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移、远处转移、治疗方法及预后。结果 PMEC患者的预后因素与分化程度、是否淋巴结转移、是否远处转移、是否手术、TNM分期有关,与性别、年龄、吸烟史、肿瘤直径无显著相关。结论分化程度、是否淋巴结转移、是否远处转移、TNM分期、是否手术是影响PMEC患者预后的独立危险因素。
Objective To explore the clinical features,treatment methods and prognostic factors of pulmonary mucoepidermoid carcinoma（ PMEC）,and provide some basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis in January 2005 to December 2015 in our hospital by surgery or biopsy in diagnosis of PMEC of 139 cases of patients,to analyze the data of general,gender,age,smoking history,diameter of tumor,TNM stages,differentiation,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis,treatment and prognosis. Results The degree of differentiation,whether lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis,TNM staging and surgery are independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of PMEC patients. Conclusion The prognostic factors of patients with PMEC whether differentiation degree,whether lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis,whether surgery,TNM staging,and gender,age,smoking history,tumor diameter had no significant correlation.
