摘要
目的：观察正容汤加减结合针刺治疗麻痹性斜视的临床疗效。方法：将麻痹性斜视患者90例进行分组。汤剂组45例采用正容汤加减治疗，汤剂＋针刺组45例采用正容汤加减结合针刺治疗。比较两组患者治疗总有效率，眼球运动恢复正常时间、复观完全消失时间、代偿头位消失时间、治愈时间，给药前和给药后患者同视机评分、症状评分、生活质量评分的差异。结果：汤剂＋针剌组与汤剂组比较，治疗麻痹性斜视疗效更好（P〈0．05）：汤剂＋针剌组相较于汤剂组眼球运动恢复正常时间、复视完全消失时间、代偿头位消失时间、治愈时间更短（P〈0．05），同视机评分、症状评分、生活质量评分改善更显著（P〈0．05）。结论：正容汤加减结合针刺治疗麻痹性斜视的临床疗效确切，可有效改善患者临床症状，促进眼球运动恢复，缩短疗程，有助于改善患者生活质量，
Objective：To study the therapeutic effect of modified Zhengrong decoction combined with acupuncture on paralytic strabismus. Methods：There were 90 patients with paralytic strabismus divided into 2 groups. There were 45 patients in the decoction group treated with Zhengrong decoction,while there were 45 patients treated with self Zhengrong decoction combined acupuncture in the decoction＋acupucture group. The total effective rate of paralytic strabismus treatment ,normal eye movement recovery time ,time of complete disappearance of diplopia,time of disappearance of compensatory head position,healing time,preoperative and post-administration synoptophore examination score,symptom score,differences in quality of life scores were compared between 2 groups. Results：Compared with the decoction group,decoction ＋ acupuncture group showed high total effective rate（P〈0.05）;decoction ＋ acupuncture group was less than decoction group on normal eye movement recovery time,time of complete disappearance of diplopia,time of disappearance of compensatory head position and healing time（P〈0.05）,while after treatment,decoction group ＋ acupuncture group was higher than the decoction group on these scores（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of Zhengrong decoction combined with acupuncture on paralytic strabismus is obvious,and can effectively relieve clinical symptoms ,promote the recovery of eyeball movement,reduce the course of treatment and improve the quality of life in patients.
