摘要
在卷取温度分别为300,350,400,450℃下对18.4mm×1 550mm规格的X80M管线钢板进行卷取,研究了卷取温度控制的稳定性以及卷取后钢板的显微组织和力学性能,并对卷取温度进行了优化。结果表明:随着卷取温度的升高,实测卷取温度的稳定性逐渐增大;在300~450℃卷取后,试验钢的显微组织均为针状铁素体,力学性能满足技术要求,且强度、低温韧性均有一定的富余量;优化后的卷取温度为380℃,在该温度卷取后试验钢的各项力学性能良好。
An X80 Mpipeline steel plate with specification of 18.4 mm×1 550 mm was coiled at different coiling temperatures of 300,350,400,450℃,respectively.The control stability of the coiling temperature and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the coiled steel plate were studied.The coiling temperature was optimized.The results show that the stability of the measured coiling temperatures increased with the coiling temperature rising.The microstructure of the tested steel consisted of acicular ferrite after coiling at 300-450 ℃;the mechanical properties met the technical requirements,with a certain allowance of both strength and lowtemperature toughness.The optimal coiling temperature was 380 ℃.The tested steel coiled at this temperature had good mechanical properties.
