摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平总书记对全面从严治党提出了一系列新的重要思想,中央也对国有企业加强和改进党建工作提供了重要的指导意见,这对国有企业的党建工作提出了更高要求。加强政工队伍建设也是迫在眉睫,当然目前还存在不少困难,必须加以解决。特别是加强企业青年政工队伍建设,是时代发展的需要,更是企业发展的要求。
Xi Jinping,General Secretary of CPC,has proposed a series of new and important thoughts about comprehensivly strengthening Party self-discipline since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held in 2012. The Party Central Committee has also provided the important guiding idea for strengthening and improving Party building work in SOEs,setting higher requirements for their Party building work. Therefore,strengthening political workers team construction,especially youth,is extremely urgent,meets the needs of times development and even the needs of the enterprise growth. However,there are still a lot of difficulties to be solved.
