摘要
基于新时期高等教育发展形势,探讨构建大学英语教学保障体系的必要性,研究保障体系的框架结构和构成要素,设计由4个子体系和12个分系统构成的大学英语教学保障体系,为进一步提高我国大学英语教学质量提供理论支持。
Based on the development of higher education in the new era,this paper discusses the necessity of constructing a college English teaching security system,studies the framework and composition of the security system,designs a college English teaching security system consisting of 4 subsystems and 12 branch systems,so as to provide theoretical support for further improving the quality of college English teaching in China.
