摘要
目的:观察益气固表中药对儿童变应性鼻炎合并腺样体肥大腺样体鼻咽腔比例(A/N)的影响及临床疗效。方法:选择60例变应性鼻炎合并腺样体肥大患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组予以氟替卡松鼻喷剂+地氯雷他定糖浆+孟鲁司特钠,氟替卡松鼻喷剂,每日1次,1喷/鼻孔,根据体重口服地氯雷他定糖浆,孟鲁司特钠口服6岁以下2.5mg,5mg/d,6~14d。观察组在西药的基础上加用益气固表中药(玉屏风散加减),每日1剂,平均4周为1个疗程,治疗1~2疗程。观察2组患儿A/N、症状体征积分变化。结果:2组患儿治疗前后的症状体征积分组内比较,差异显著。与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患儿A/N均降低,而观察组下降更明显。结论:中西医结合治疗儿童变应性鼻炎合并腺样体肥大疗效较好,值得临床推广。
Objective： To observe the effect of Yiqi Gubiao Chinese herb on the ratio of nasopharyngeal cavity（A/N） in children with allergic rhinitis and adenoid hypertrophy and its clinical effect. Methods： Sixty children with allergic rhinitis and adenoid hypertrophy were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases each. The control group was given fluticasone nasal spray＋desloratadine syrup＋montelukast sodium, fluticasone nasal spray, once a day, 1 spray/nostril. According to the oral dose of loratadine syrup, montelukast sodium oral 2.5 mg, 5 mg/d, 6-14 d under the age of 6 years. On the basis of Western medicine, the observation group added Yiqi Gubiao Chinese traditional medicine（Modified Yupingfeng powder）, one day a day, an average of 4 weeks for a course of treatment of 1 to 2 courses of treatment. A/N in two groups were observed, and the changes of symptoms and signs were observed.Results： The scores of symptom before and after treatment in two groups were significantly different. Compared with the pre-treatment and after treatment, both groups A/N children were reduced, while the observation group decreased more significantly. Conclusion： Integrative medicine treatment of children with allergic rhinitis adenoid hypertrophy effect is good, worthy of clinical promotion.
