摘要
农业绿色发展有助于农业产业转型,增加有机农产品有效供给,而且能够改善农民的生产和生活水平。利用德尔菲法和层次分析法,从资源合理利用、环境保护、绿色生产和人居环境4个方面研究了2005—2015年北京农业绿色发展的整体水平和趋势,对结果进行有效分析,并从提高科技支持力度、加大农业环境治理力度、加快农村基础设施建设、激发农业多业态发展提出了推进北京农业绿色发展的措施。
Agricultural green development is helpful to the transformation of the agricultural industry, to increase the effective supply of organic agricultural products, and to improve the standards of farmers＇ production and living. Using Delphi method and AHP （Analytic Hierarchy Process） method, the authors studied the overall level and trend of Beijing＇s agricultural green development from 2005 to 2015 from the four perspectives of the rational utilization of resources, the environmental protection, the green production and the living environment, then gave the effective analysis of results. And some measures were put forward for driving on the Beijing＇s green agricultural development from four perspectives, such as improving the support of science and technology, increasing the agricultural environmental governance, accelerating the construction of rural infrastructure and inspiring agricultural development in many types of excitation.
