摘要
目的 通过骶管注射加强剂 (过氧化氢 )治疗腰椎间盘突出症的实验及临床研究 ,探讨此种药物的临床应用效果。方法 通过对动物实验加强剂后无毒副作用 ,阐述结 110 0例腰椎间盘突出症患者 ,行骶管注射加强剂后 ,病人在注射过程中及注射后的作用、使用注意事项及其疗效进行分析。结果 加强剂在体内反应不产生有毒物质 ,无毒副作用 ,同时具有抗感染作用 ,治疗结果有效率在 95 %以上 ,腰腿症状、体征基本消失 ,随访 3个月以上疗效稳定。
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of intensive(Hydrogen peroxide)solution injection into canalis sacrulis for the experiment and clinical trearment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods The drus,tried for animals,has no side effects.Then 1100 cases of lumdar disc herniation were treated by injection intensive solution into canalis sacrulis.Analyzed caution and effectiveness.Results Intensive solution has no poisonous and side effects.And it has effect against infection.Its effect is safe and reliable.With following-up more than three months,effective percentage was more than 95%.Symptom and sign was gone basically.Conclusion To treat lumbar disc herniation by injection of intensive solution into canalis sacrulis is safe and reliable.
