摘要
《傅青主女科》对妇人病治疗独特,注重脏腑辨证,尤善从肝论治。傅青主认为妇人肝血多虚,肝气多易郁结横逆,治疗时重视顺应肝性及肝与脾肾的关系,且以补益为主。从肝之特性、肝与脾肾的关系和主要的调肝之法等方面,探讨《傅青主女科》调肝之法及其特色。
Fu Qingzhu Nv Ke is unique on the treatment of women＇s disease,and paying attention to viscera syndrome differentiation,especially emphasizes on treatment from liver. Fu Qingzhu holds the opinions that liver blood is always deficienct and qi is easy to stagnate and invade in women,and doctors should pay attention to comply with the characteristics of liver and the relationship among liver,spleen and kidney,as well as the tonifying method. This paper aims to analyse the therapuetic characteristics of regulating liver in Fu Qingzhu Nv Ke in terms of the characteristics of liver,relationship among liver,spleen and kidney and the main therapy of regulating liver.
