摘要
目的了解医疗机构医务人员手卫生依从性。方法抽取一、二、三级医疗机构各1家,盲法观察医务人员手卫生依从情况,对观察结果进行统计分析。结果 7个季度三家医疗机构医务人员的手卫生总依从率为17.9%,依从率随时间变化没有持续上升的趋势。一、二、三级医院的医务人员手卫生依从率分别为29.3%、16.0%和10.0%,依次降低(P<0.05),重症监护室(ICU)、治疗室的医务人员手卫生依从率分别为38.9%和35.7%,高于普通病区、门急诊等科室(P<0.05),医生的手卫生依从率低于护士(P<0.05)。结论医疗机构医务人员手卫生依从率较低,需要加强宣传、培训,建立长效机制,提高医务人员手卫生依从性。
Objective To understand the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff in medical institutions. Methods We observed the implementation of hand hygiene of medical staff with random single blind method in three medical institutions at different level,and analyze statistically the observation results. Results The total compliance rate of hand hygiene of medical staff of three medical institution in 7 quarters was 17. 9%,which did not continue to rise over time. The compliance rate of hand hygiene of medical staff of one,two,three-level medical institution was 29. 3%,16. 0% and 10. 0%,decreasing in turn（ P〈0. 05）. The hand hygiene compliance rate of ICU and therapy was 38. 9% and 35. 7%,higher than the department like as common ward,outpatient emergency treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The doctors＇ hand hygiene compliance rate was lower than that of nurses（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The compliance rate of hand hygiene of medical staff was low. It is necessary to strengthen the propaganda,training,and establish effective mechanisms to improve the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff.
