摘要
一、情况简介根据卫生部及河北省卫生厅关于开展医院综合效益评价工作的指示精神,在秦皇岛市卫生局的领导下,集中了管理、医疗、财会、卫生统计和具有丰富管理经验的院长等人员,组成了秦皇岛市《医院综合效益评价工作》课题研讨组。研讨组经过自下而上反复多次的实地调查和研讨。
In the spirit of the instruction of the Public Health Ministry and the Hebei Provincial Public Health Department on carrying out evaluation work of the comprehensive benefits of hospitals, this research group repeatedly made on-site investigations from below, thus worked out scientifically'the evaluation procedure of the comprehensive benefits of hospitals', and used this procedure in evaluating the 1990's comprehensive benefits of seven hospitals of Qinhuangdao City.This evaluation procedure is suitable for the present reforms of hospitals, its evaluation methods and targets are practical and scientific as well, its evaluation results really reflect the hospital's situation and thereby help to perfect the hospital's work and development.
