摘要
采用直接混合氧化聚合法,在高氯酸体系制备掺杂态聚苯胺,通过扫描电镜、红外光谱、紫外光谱、四探针导电率等技术,对产物进行了表征,探究了高氯酸体系最优反应条件,并通过电化学测试技术研究了聚苯胺薄膜在天然海水体系中的防腐性能。结果表明:高氯酸掺杂聚苯胺的最优反应条件为苯胺与过硫酸铵物质的量比为0.8∶1、温度为20℃、酸浓度为1mol·L-1、时间为24h;其产率可达110.11%,电导率达0.2S·cm-1;在天然海水体系,聚苯胺产物薄膜均具有明显防腐效果,防腐效率可达68.74%。
In this study,PANI nanofibers have been synthesized by direct mix reaction method in perchloric acid systems.The morphology and structures of PANI have been characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),infrared Spectroscopy(IR)and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(Uv-vis)spectrometers,test of conductivity,calculation of yield.And explore the best conditions that synthesize the PANI in perchloric acid.The anticorrosion performance of the PANI films on the low-carbon steel was tested by electrochemical measurement technology in nature seawater.The main results show that when the reaction ratio is 0.8∶1,the temperature is 20 ℃,the concentration of perchloric acid is1 mol·L-1 and reaction time is 24 h,the PANI nanofibers have the best morphology and structures.Under this condition,the productivity is 110.11%,the conductivity is 2.0 S·cm-1,the anticorrosion efficiency reaches 68.74%.Every PANI product has certain anticorrosion ability in nature seawater.
