摘要
目的 :回顾性分析 5例老年糖尿病人口服消渴丸后致低血糖昏迷死亡原因。方法 :对 5例老年糖尿病人空腹血糖 ,尿糖检测结果 ,临床应用消渴丸剂量 ,用法及口服消渴丸后出现不良反应的时间作一分析。结果 :5例老年糖尿病患者均在服药后的第7～ 1 3d出现低血糖昏迷死亡。结论 :对老年糖尿病患者应慎用消渴丸 ,严格掌握适应症 。
AIM: To analyze the relation of hypoglycemic coma and xiaoke pills. METHODS: The relation of hypoglycemic coma and xiaoke pills were analyzed retrospectively from the five cases of old patients. RESULTS: All the five old patients with diabetes died of hypoglycemic coma on the seventh day to the thirteenth day, after taking xiaoke pills. CONCLUSION: It must be cautious for xiaoke pills to treat diabetes in elderly patients.
