利多卡因气管内滴注对麻醉复苏气管拔管患者的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨利多卡因气管内滴注对麻醉复苏气管拔管患者血流动力学与呛咳反应的影响。方法选择我院全麻术后进入麻醉复苏室行气管拔管患者101例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,观察组51例,对照组50例。观察组给予利多卡因气管内滴注,对照组不采取任何特殊处理。观察两组患者手术结束即刻(T_0)、拔出气管导管即刻(T_1)和拔管后3min(T_2)的血流动力学指标和呛咳评分。结果观察组较对照组血流动力学变化小,呛咳发生率少,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论利多卡因气管内滴注可以有效控制麻醉复苏患者气管拔管时应激反应引起的血流动力学大幅度波动,减少呛咳的发生率。
