摘要
基于某医院工程项目,分析了超长弧形幕墙使用急需解决的技术问题及施工关键技术,阐述了超长弧形玻璃幕墙测量放线技术及安装控制技术的施工工艺流程,施工中采用了BIM设计软件对幕墙立柱模拟定位,其次进行现场测量,最后计算机定位点转换到现场定位,得到了很好的效果。
Based on a hospital project, this paper analyzes the technical problems and key construction technologies which are urgently needed forthe application of arc-shaped curtain walls, and illustrate the construction process of measuring and releasing technology and installation controltechnology of the long curved glass curtain wall. In construction, BIM has been used to simulate the curtain wall column location, and then makeon-site measurement, converting computer location to site location, which has very good performance.
