摘要
习近平总书记在"5.17讲话"中提出构建中国特色哲学社会科学要把握好三个方面的资源。借助于研究纲领方法论来讨论中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系的构建,我们会发现:第一,马克思主义意识形态反映了该体系的硬核本质,实践中则具体表现为中国共产党领导下的人民政府对资本权力和劳动剩余进行有效控制从而为最广大人民群众谋福利。第二,中华传统文化与马克思主义的相容性决定了该体系的研究路径要以不断融入中华文明优秀基因并加以理论化作为正面启发法。第三,在吸收和借鉴西方经济学的有益成果时,我们应该用马克思主义标准去识别西方经济学的性质从而作为扩展这一体系保护带的反面启发法。
Grasping three aspects of resources of the philosophy and social science with Chinese Characteristics that put forward by General Secretary Xi Jin-ping in the"5.17 speech",which discusses the construction of socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics with the help of research programme methodology,we will find that,first,Marxism ideology reflects the essence of hard core in the system,which embodies that the people's Government under the leadership of the Communist Party benefits welfare for the broad masses of the people through controlling capital power and labor surplus effectively.Second,the compatibility of Chinese traditional culture and Marxism theory determines that the research path of the system should be integrated into the excellent genes of Chinese civilization constantly in order to be theoretical as positive heuristic.Third,when we absorb and draw lessons from western economics,we should use Marxism criteria to identify the nature of western economics in purpose of extending protective belt of this system as negative heuristic.
