摘要
化工项目在国民经济发展中有着举足轻重的地位,化工企业环境影响评价已经成为当今建设项目环境影响评价工作中的重点及难点。本文分别从工程分析、污染防治措施、环境风险评价、环境管理与监测计划四个方面进行了分析,为相关环境影响评价编制提供参考。
Chemical projects had a pivotal position in the development of the national economy. At the same time,the chemical projects environmental impact assessment got the focus and difficulty issue in related evaluation work. This article analyzed four aspects,which including project analysis,pollution control measures,environmental risk assessment,environmental management and monitoring plan,providing some reference for the relevant assessment work.
