摘要
目的 探讨肝梗死的病因、诊断及治疗。方法 报道经手术证实的肝梗死病例 2例 ,复习分析相关文献资料。结果 2例患者均获得准确诊断 ,加强治疗后顺利复康。结论 肝梗死十分罕见 ,一般继发于其他疾病 ,根据病史、化验和肝脏CT检查可以确定诊断 。
Objective To probe into the etiology,diagnosis and treatment of liver infarction.Methods Two cases with liver infarction are reported,which were confirmed by operates.And correlative literatures were reviewed.Results The 2 cases were diagnosed accurately and cured after intensive treatment.Conclusion Liver infarction is an unusual event.Commonly,it's subsequent upon other primary diseases.Diagnosis could be made based on the history,laboratory assays and abdominal CT scanning.The key of cure are intensive care and treatment of primary disease.
