动脉瘤夹闭术与弹簧圈介入栓塞术治疗颅内动脉瘤的疗效比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较动脉瘤夹闭术与弹簧圈介入栓塞术对颅内动脉瘤的治疗效果及术后并发症。方法:选取偃师市人民医院2011年1月至2016年1月接受治疗的120例颅内动脉瘤患者随机分为两组,各60例,对照组接受开颅动脉瘤夹闭术治疗,治疗组接受弹簧圈介入栓塞术治疗。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组患者的脑血管完全栓塞率明显升高,术后并发症明显减少,改良型日常生活能力(MBI)评分与格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)评分明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用弹簧圈介入栓塞术治疗颅内动脉瘤疗效理想,对于减少并发症、改善患者预后有重要意义。
