摘要
用多效唑、甲哌鎓、复硝酚钠及其复配溶液对晋谷21号谷子进行浸种处理,分析种子萌发和幼苗生长等方面的相关指标,研究新型植物生长调节剂复硝酚钠对多效唑、甲哌鎓在调控谷子种子萌发及幼苗生长的增效作用。结果表明,50 mg/L多效唑与150 mg/L甲哌鎓对谷子幼苗有明显的"控上促下"的作用,且多效唑明显地抑制了种子的萌发;而6 mg/L的复硝酚钠对谷子的萌发、生根都具有显著的促进作用。复硝酚钠对多效唑和甲哌鎓在谷子萌发和幼苗生长中具有显著的增效作用,其中,甲哌鎓(150 mg/L)+复硝酚钠(6 mg/L)复配液浸种,可显著提高种子的萌发率,促进根系生长,使植株矮化、根冠比增加,有利于谷子壮苗的培养,增强谷子的抗倒伏能力,有助于光合产物的积累,对提高谷子旱作栽培方面的研究具有一定的指导意义。
Foxtail millet seeds were soaked by paclobutrazol,dimethylpiperidinium choride(DPC),sodium nitrophenolate and their complexed solution,seed germination and seedling growth were analyzed to investigate synergistic effect of sodium nitrophenolate on paclobutrazol and DPC in foxtail millet germination.The results showed that 50 mg/L paclobutrazol and 150 mg/L DPC increased roots growth,but inhibited shoots growth,significantly.Paclobutrazol significant inhibited seeds germination.6 mg/L sodium nitrophenolate had significant promoting role on seeds germination and seedling growth,including roots and shoots.Sodium nitrophenolate showed synergistic effect on paclobutrazol and DPC in the germination and growth of foxtail millet,among which meperidine(150 mg/L)complexed sodium nitrophenolate(6 mg/L)were optimum,which significantly improved the seed germination percentage,increased root growth,dwarfed plant height,increased root and shoot ratio.It is beneficial to the cultivation of millet seedlings,can enhance the lodging resistance,contribute to the accumulation of photosynthetic products.It is instructive to improve the research of millet dry cultivation.
