在分析食品试验室检测质量管理的意义和现状的基础上,就进一步提升食品实验室检测质量提出了具体对策,以期为保障食品安全提供参考。
Based on the analysis of the significance and current status of quality control in food laboratory, this paper put forward specific countermeasures to further improve the quality of food laboratory testing and provides an reference for food safety.
