智能变电站二次检修安全措施自动生成方法研究 被引量:10

摘要 随着电网的不断发展和电力市场改革的深入对电网安全经济运行和供电质量的要求不断提高,针对原有的检修方式"短电流、断电压、拆跳闸"这样的安全措施已不再适合数字化变电站的实际情况。本文提出了一种智能变电站二次检修安全措施自动生成技术,通过3种策略自动生成安措票:(1)通过安措中的隔离策略,解析智能设备之间的连接关系,确定检修设备和隔离运行设备;(2)通过安措中的软压板与虚回路对应策略,解析检修设备的关键字如"跳"获得引用名,映射该跳闸软压板,实现软压板投退解析检修设备的关键字如"电流"、"电压",实现SV软压板投退;(3)通过安措中的自动生成顺序策略,解析检修设备的软硬压板,确定安措票的操作顺序,提高智能变电站现场技改、消缺、校验的工作效率,同时减少人为因素造成的工作失误。 With the continuous development of the power grid and the deepening of the electricity market reform on the safety of the power grid operation and power quality requirements continue to improve, for the original maintenance methods "short current, off voltage, split trip" such security measures are not suitable for digital substation The actual situation. Improve the intelligent substation site technical transformation, elimination, verification of the work efficiency, while reducing the human factors caused by work error.
