摘要
目的:探讨真武汤治疗脾肾阳虚型肾衰竭患者对血清瘦素、脂联素的影响。方法:选取自2014年8月—2016年9月收治的符合纳入标准的肾衰竭(脾肾阳虚型)患者72例,按随机数字表法分为对照组36例和观察组36例,对照组采用降压、降糖及控制感染治疗,观察组在降压、降糖及控制感染治疗上采用真武汤加减治疗,连续治疗3周为1个疗程,共2个疗程,治疗前后采肘静脉血测定血清瘦素、脂联素、肾功能、MDA、SOD、GSH-Px等表达水平,同时对比临床疗效及不良反应状况。结果:对照组有效率72.22%(26/36)低于观察组有效率91.66%(33/36),(P〈0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后血清Leptin、脂联素表达水平降低,治疗后血清Scr、BUN、UA水平降低,Ccr升高,治疗后血清MDA表达水平降低,血清SOD、GSH-Px表达水平升高(P〈0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后血清Leptin、脂联素表达水平较低,治疗后血清Scr、BUN、UA水平较低,Ccr较高,治疗后血清MDA表达水平较低,血清SOD、GSH-Px表达水平较高(P〈0.05)。结论:真武汤对于肾衰竭(脾肾阳虚型)患者疗效确切,显著提高肾功能,与降低瘦素、脂联素水平,改善氧化应激状态关系密切。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Zhenwu Decoction in the treatment of renal failure(type of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney)patients on serum leptin and adiponectin.Methods:72 cases of renal failure(type of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney)in our hospital from 2014.8 to 2016.9 were selected and divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=36)according to the random number table method,the control group was treated with reducing blood pressure,reducing blood sugar and controlling infection,and the observation group was treated more with Zhenwu Decoction treatment,and 2 groups were continuous treated for 3 weeks,levels of serum leptin,adiponectin,renal function,MDA,SOD,GSH-Px,and the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction conditions were compared.Results:The effective rate of the control group 72.22%(26/36)was lower than the observation group(33/36),(P0.05).Compared with before treatment,levels of serum leptin,adiponectin decreased in 2 groups after treatment,levels of serum Scr,BUN and UA decreased,Ccr increased,the serum MDA level decreased,the levels of serum SOD,GSH-Px increased(P0.05),compared with the control group,levels of serum leptin,adiponectin in the observation group were lower,levels of serum Scr,BUN,UA level were lower,Ccr were higher,levels of serum MDA was lower,levels of serum SOD,GSH-Px were higher(P0.05).Conclusion:Zhenwu Decoction for renal failure(spleen deficiency type)in patients was curative effect,it significantly improve renal function and decrease serum leptin and adiponectin,improve the relationship between oxidative stress.
