摘要
混凝土渗透性是决定混凝土耐久性的重要因素,是我国工程建设质量见证取样强制控制的检测项目,但一直缺乏有效的现场检测方法,只能通过送样试块在试验室试验控制,与实际工程质量有较大偏差。本文利用Torrent透气法(一种新型混凝土渗透性检测技术),与传统的水压渗透试验方法进行对比试验研究,建立了Torrent透气法最大压力差ΔP_(max)与渗水高度法渗透深度L_w的相互关系,论证了Torrent透气法应用于混凝土抗渗性现场无损检测的可行性。
The concrete permeability is an important factor to the durability of concrete and is the compulsory control testing project of the witness sampling in China, but it lacks effective on-site detection method, which must be tested in laboratory, thus there is a large deviation with the actual project. Torrent ventilation method is used to be compared with the experimental research laboratory pressure permeation test method, the relationship between maximum differential pressure △pmax, of Torrent breathable and penetration depth Lw of water penetration height method are established, which has demonstrated the feasibility of Torrent ventilation method applied on messuring the permeability of concrete.
