摘要
针对传统巡检模式存在的缺陷,提出使用移动GIS(移动智能终端+GPS+GIS)管理供水巡检业务的系统构建原理,设计了移动无线专网、数据库、功能框架,实现周期巡检、在施工地管理、隐患管理、短信息接收等功能,推动巡检工作有效管理。
Based on the analysis of the traditional way of defects in manual patrol,the structure principle of the system based on mobile GIS（Mobile intelligent terminal＋GPS＋GIS） was proposed,and the special wireless communication network,database,function frame was designed.It realized the Functions of patrol work such as inspection cycle,building site management,potential dangers management,information receiving,and achieved the effective patrol management.
