摘要
根据5.6MPa、-188.2℃低温液氮扩散制冷原理和低温液氮节流制冷工艺技术特点,提出了一种扩散制冷型低温液氮洗涤塔技术,采用N_2、H_2两种气体扩散制冷的方式为系统提供冷量,实现低温液氮洗涤工艺技术过程,从而脱除H_2中的杂质气体N_2、CO、Ar、CH_4、CO_2、H_2O及CH_3OH等,为合成气提供清洁的H_2。
According to working principle of cryogenic LN2（5. 6 MPa,-188. 2℃） with diffusion refrigeration and its characteristics with throttling refrigeration,a new type of scrubber technology which adopting cryogenic LN2 with diffusion refrigeration was proposed and it has N2 and H2 gas diffusion refrigeration adopted to provide cooling capacity and to realize washing process with cryogenic LN2 refrigeration so that N2,CO,Ar,CH4,CO2,H2O and CH3OH gases can be separated from H2 and the clean H2 can be provided for syngas.
