海南几种油梨果实中的脂肪酸成分测定与评价 被引量:6

摘要 为探明油梨资源果肉油脂开发利用价值,采用气质联用法对10份油梨品系果肉含油量和脂肪酸成分进行研究。结果表明,10份油梨品系果肉含油量之间差异显著(P<0.05),含量为2.69~11.45(g/hg FW)。除DL-9外,其余9份油梨品系果肉脂肪酸均由8种脂肪酸成分组成,并在大部分油梨品系之间呈现差异显著(P<0.05)。其平均相对含量顺序为油酸(45.36%)>棕榈酸(24.04%)>亚油酸(18.00%)>棕榈油酸(5.66%)>亚麻酸(5.55%)>硬脂酸(1.28%)>花生酸(0.07%)>肉豆蔻酸(0.04%)。10份油梨品系果肉不饱和脂肪酸相对含量达60.50%~96.42%,其中油酸相对含量大于30%的品系达到8个,亚油酸相对含量超过20%的品系达到4个,棕榈油酸相对含量超过8%的品系为1个。综合分析可见,油梨果肉具有较高含油量和适宜的脂肪酸含量,具有较好开发利用前景。DL-9油梨品系对油梨果肉油脂开发和品质育种具有重要应用价值。 In order to investigate the development and utilization of avocado pulp oil, the oil content and fatty acid composition of the pulp of 10 accessions of avocado germplasm were analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. Significant differences in the avocado oil content were observed among 10 accessions of avocado (p〈0.05), from 2.69 (g/hg FW) to 11.45 (g/hg FW). Eight fatty acids were detected in the pulps of 9 avocado accessions, except for DL-9, and significant differences in the composition of the 8 fatty acids were observed among most of the accessions (p〈 0.05). The average relative contents of the 8 fatty acids in avocado pulp were in the order of oleic acid (45.36%) 〉 palmitic acid (24.04%) 〉 linoleic acid (18.00%) 〉 palmitoleic acid (5.66%) 〉 linolenic acid (5.55%) 〉 stearic acid (1.28%) 〉 arachidic acid (0.07%) 〉 myristic acid (0.04%). The relative content of unsaturated fatty acid in all the 10 avocado accessions ranged between 60.50% and 96.42%. The relative content of the oleic acid in the 8 avocado accessions exceeded 30%, the relative content of the linoleic acid in the 4 avocado accessions surpassed 20%, and the relative content of the palmitoleic acid in 1 avocado accession was higher than 8%. Comprehensive analysis suggested that the avocado pulps of all the accessions had high oil and fatty acid contents, and had a good prospect for development and utilization. DL-9 had an important application value in oil development from avocado pulp and in breeding for avocado quality.
