摘要
目的探讨器械图谱结合器械展示柜在医院消毒供应中心护理教学中的应用效果。方法选择2016年5月至2016年10月在我科实习的120名护生作为对照组,选择2016年11月至2017年4月在我科实习的121名护生作为研究组。对照组采用传统教学方法,研究组采用器械图谱结合器械展示柜的教学方法,观察两组护生理论考试成绩、技能考核成绩,并进行统计学分析。同时采用调查问卷形式了解教师对新教学方法认同情况。结果研究组护生理论成绩及技能考核成绩均高于对照组护生,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查问卷总分为(15.59±0.96)分,接近满分,显示教师对采用器械图谱结合器械展示柜教学方法的认同。结论器械图谱结合器械展示柜的教学方法为护生在手术室的实习打下基础同时也提高了供应室的教学质量。
Objective To study the application effect of the instrument atlas combined with instrument display cabinet in nursing teaching of central sterile supply department. Methods Selecting 120 nursing students who practiced in our department from May 2016 to October 2016 as control group; and 121 nursing students who practiced in our department from November 2016 to April 2017 as experimental group. The control group adopted traditional teaching method,and the experimental group adopted teaching method of instrument atlas combined with instrument display cabinet. The results of the two groups of nursing students' theoretical examination and skill assessment were observed and the statistical analysis was carried out. At the same time,the questionnaire was used to understand the teachers' identification with the new teaching methods. Results The results of theoretical achievement and skill assessment of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The total score of the questionnaire was 15. 59 ± 0. 96,close to the full score. The results of questionnaire showed that teachers identified with the new teaching methods.Conclusions The teaching method of the instrument atlas combined with instrument display cabinet lays the foundation for the practice of nursing students in operation room and improves the teaching quality of central sterile supply department.
