摘要
以汽车前大灯反射镜为研究对象,根据其结构特点以及使用性能,设计了一套电加热管控制系统的模具。该汽车前大灯反射镜有3个倒扣,因此需要设计3个侧抽芯机构。研究了模具的浇注系统、排气系统、成型零件、温度控制系统、侧向抽芯机构、定位导向系统和脱模系统,比较了该注塑模具设计与传统设计方法的差异。该模具生产效率高、可靠性好。
Taking the car headlamp reflector as the research object,according to the structure characteristics of the vehicular reflector and the use performance,a set of mould for the control system of electric heating tube was designed.The vehicle with reflector has three torques,so three side core-pulling mechanism need to be designed.The systems of the mould are studied including gating system,exhaust system,molding part,temperature control system,side core-pulling mechanism,position orientation system and ejection system.The differences between the design method and traditional method were compared.The mould has high producing efficiency and good reliability.
