摘要
泌炎康复方是治疗慢性泌尿道感染的有效方药。抑制尿道致病性大肠杆菌的凝血及粘附尿道上皮细胞作用的实验结果表明,本方通过抑制尿道致病性大肠杆菌P菌毛的表达或使之表达发生异常,从而有效地抑制了尿道致病性大肠杆菌对尿道上皮细胞的粘附。此可能是本方治疗泌尿道感染疗效较好的作用机理之一。
These experiment of which the coagulation and adherent effect of epitheliold cell of pathogenic colibacillus in urethra were inhibited by Miyankang complex preseription had been made.These results showed that the distribution or abnormal distribution of bacterial skin of pathogenic colibacillus in urethra had been inhibited by the prescription, so as to inhibit the pathogenic colibacillus adhering the epitheliold cell in urethra. This is probable one of the mechanism why the prescription has better effect on treating urinary tract infection.
