摘要 察尔汗盐湖具有极为丰富的氯化钾、氯化镁和氯化钠等盐类矿物资料。目前,察尔汗盐湖资源氯化钾生产工艺主要以反浮选——冷结晶工艺为主。虽然传统的冷结晶—正浮选工艺较反浮选冷结晶工艺落后,但是,处理高钠低钾的光卤石贫矿方面仍存在独有的优势。在盐田设计中,理论计算仍然是确定光卤石产量,光卤石矿质量,抽卤量和盐田滩晒面积的计算依据。工艺计算是以物料平衡为基础,依据四元水盐相图原理进行计算。通过计算,清楚盐田面积和所需抽取的卤水量,结合卤水成分、气象因素、盐田土壤条件等确定达到设计规模所需要的光卤石矿量。 Chalhan Salt Lake has extremely rich salt mineral such as potassium chloride,magnesium chloride and sodium chloride. At present,it was mainly potassium chloride production technology anti-flotation-cold crystallization process in Chaerhan Salt Lake. Although the traditional cold crystallization-positive flotation process lags behind that of the reverse flotation cold crystallization process,there are still unique advantage in the treatment of low-kalium-rich carnallite. In the design of salt field,the theoretical calculation is still basis for calculation of carnallite yield,the mass of carnallite,the amount of halogen extracted and the area of sun drying of salt field. Process calculation is based on the material balance,according to four water-salt phase system diagram principle calculation. Through the calculation,the area of the saltern field and the amount of brine to be extracted is clearly analyzed,which is combining the composition of brine,meteorological factor,soil condition in the salt field.
