The overall optimization for the pumping house of a wet-pit type

摘要 针对现行规范方法设计的泵房存在"粗、大、笨"的问题,从降低泵房建设成本的角度,构建以泵房结构总造价最低为目标函数,泵房关键结构几何尺寸等参数为设计变量,泵房结构基底应力、地基承载力、抗滑稳定性、结构强度、沉降量及沉降差为约束条件的优化设计数学模型。采用有限元法对泵房结构进行三维有限元数值模拟,同时借助ANSYS软件提供的优化平台对其进行优化设计研究。结果表明:与原设计方案相比,优化方案的泵房总造价减少了9.7%,结构的缝墩厚度达到限定值,既减少了工程总造价,也降低了结构对地基的要求。 In terms of the excessively designed pumping house by the method in current standard,an optimized model for the pumping house of a wet-pit type was proposed. The main dimensions of the pumping house are selected as design variables,while the minimum construction cost of the pumping house is the objective function.The stress of basement,the bearing capacity of foundation,the stability of sliding,the strength and the settlement of pumping house are the primary and constrained conditions. Then,the parameterization finite element model of the pumping house was established. An optimal scheme of the pumping house was obtained by utilizing the optimization platform of ANSYS. Compared to the original scheme,the optimized design shows a decrease of 9.7%in the cost of the pumping house. Other results including the displacement, stress, and stability were all satisfactory. It indicates that the effect of optimization is noticeable and the economic benefits are also remarkable.
