摘要
目的：总结龙江韩氏妇科流派对子宫内膜异位症（内异症）的诊治经验。方法 ：从病因病机和治法治则方面,全面梳理龙江韩氏妇科流派对内异症的认识和实践经验,结合验案进行分析归纳。结果：龙江韩氏妇科流派认为本病的病因病机主要为邪气伏于体内,传于脏腑,导致功能失调,遇诱因激发后,出现湿瘀内结,阻滞脉络,气血运行不畅,不通则痛,进而出现癥瘕积聚,治以理气散结、活血消癥,自创内异止痛方口服,配合中药灌肠、微波治疗、药灸结合等外治法,进行综合处治。并且提出了早期干预的防治理念。结论：龙江韩氏妇科对本病的治疗特色体现在中西合参,病证结合;内外同治,消瘀散结;见微知著,早期干预。
Objective：To summarize the experience of diagnosing and treating endometriosis by Longjiang HAN＇s gynecology. Methods：Based on the disease cause and mechanism,as well as treatment method and principle,the understanding and clinical experience of Longjiang HAN＇s gynecology in endometriosis were summarized,and the successful cases were analyzed and summarized. Results：According to Longjiang HAN＇s gynecology,the disease cause and mechanism is the evil qi accumulating inside the body and attacking the internal organs,leading to malfunction,and when there are the incentives,there would be accumulation of dampness and stasis,which would block the meridians and collaterals,manifesting as unsmooth circulation of blood and qi,resulting into pain,and finally manifesting as the concretions and conglomerations,accumulation and gatherings. The treatment should be regulating qi and dispersing knot,activating blood and resolving concretions. Longjiang HAN＇s gynecology invents Neiyi Zhitong formula for oral administration,in combination with herbal medicine enema,microwave therapy,moxibustion,to give comprehensive treatment. Besides,the concept of early prevention and intervention was put forwards by Longjiang Han＇s gynecology. Conclusion：For endometriosis, Longjiang HAN＇s gynecology shows its characteristic on combination of the west and Chinese medicine,combination of disease and syndrome,treating the exterior and interior simultaneously,resolving stasis and dispersing knot,early diagnosis and early treatment.
