摘要
结直肠癌属于中医学肠覃、锁肛痔范畴,其发生发展主要与饮食不节、情志不调、起居不时、感受外邪等因素引起的脏腑经络气血功能障碍有关,而正气不足贯穿疾病病程始终,故治疗原则当以扶正培本为主。十全大补汤是补益气血的代表方剂,由四君子汤合四物汤加黄芪、肉桂组成,以其为基础方的辨证加减,在结直肠癌术后应用中发挥着补益气血的功效,有助于纠正患者的营养不良,改善患者的不适症状,加快恢复,并能减轻患者放化疗过程中的毒副反应,提高机体的耐受能力,从而确保足量的疗程;而对于晚期结直肠癌患者,又可在扶正的同时,对症治疗,减轻患者痛苦,提高患者生存质量,延长生存周期。全面论述了十全大补汤在结直肠癌治疗中的应用,为中医药治疗肿瘤的理论和疗效提升提供依据。
Colorectal cancer is called Chang Xun and Suo Gang Zhi in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）,and it is usually caused by factors such as improper diet,emotional disorders,abnormal living habits,attack of external evils,which could cause dysfunction of zang-fu organs,meridians qi and blood. Since qi deficiency is the major factor of this disease,the treatment principle is helping the healthy qi and cultivating the root. Shiquan Dabu decoction is the major formula for tonifying qi and blood,consisting of Sijunzi decoction,Siwu decoction plus Huangqi（Astragali Radix） and Rougui（Cinnamomi Cortex）. It is modified based on the syndrome differentiation to fonify qi and blood for patients after the colorectal cancer surgery. It is useful to relieve malnutrition and discomforts,and to accelerate recovery. It also can reduce toxic reaction and side effect in the patients treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy,to improve the patients＇ phsical tolerance,and to ensure the enough therapeutic dose. For patients with colorectal cancer in the advanced stage,it could not only tonify healthy qi,but also treat the symptoms to relieve the suffering of patients,improve life quality and prolong the survival time. This paper summarizes the application of Shiquan Dabu decoction in the treatment of colorectal cancer,to provide a basis for the theory of the cancer treatment in TCM,and for improving curative effect.
