摘要
针对生产活动当中数据采集的问题,提出了一种多路数据采集系统方案。通过模拟信号产生器、频率电压转换电路、AD转换电路、主控电路、数码管锁存与显示电路等电路的设计,实现了对正弦波频率信息的采集与显示。在整个系统的设计当中,通过LM2907频率电压转换器将频率信号转换为系统电压,使用TLC1543芯片进行AD采样,并使用AT89C55单片机控制电路的中心部分,将采集到的数据在单片机内部进行标度转换,转换为对应的频率值,然后将频率值通过74HC595锁存输出到数码管显示,通过按键实现多路循环采集模式以及通道数的加减。此外系统还可以通过RS232串口进行数据传输,从而扩大了数据采集的通道数和距离,提高了系统的适应性。通过Keil与Proteus联合仿真下进行了调试,最终完成了多通道数据采集系统的设计。
Aiming at the problem of data collection in production activities,a multi-channel data acquisition system is proposed. The sine wave frequency information collection and display are achieved through the design of analog signal generator,frequency voltage conversion circuit,AD conversion circuit,main control circuit,digital control latch and display circuit. In the design of the whole system,The frequency signal is converted to the system voltage by the LM2907 frequency voltage converter.Using TLC1543 chip for AD sampling and AT89 C55 MCU for controlling the center part of the circuit,collected data in the MCU internal scale are converted to the corresponding frequency value,which is output to a digital display through the 74 HC595 latch. Multi-cycle collection mode and change of the number of channels are achieved through keys. In addition,the system can transmit data through the RS232 serial port,so as to expand the number and distance of data acquisition and improve the adaptability of the system. Through the simulation of Keil and Proteus,the design of multi-channel data acquisition system is completed.
