摘要
[目的]观察半夏厚朴加瓦楞子汤联合埃索美拉唑镁治疗胃食管反流疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将82例住院患者按病志号抽签随机分两组,生活方式指导并心理疏导。对照组41例埃索美拉唑镁20mg,2次/d,早、晚空腹口服。治疗组41例半夏厚朴加瓦楞子汤(半夏、厚朴各10g,茯苓15g,苏梗、陈皮各6g,瓦楞子30g,黄连、吴茱萸、生甘草各3g),随症加减,1剂/d,水煎100mL,早晚口服;埃索美拉唑镁治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、胃黏膜积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效23例,有效14例,无效4例,总有效率90.30%;对照组显效20例,有效10例,无效11例,总有效率73.17%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。胃黏膜积分均明显降低(P<0.01),治疗组降低大于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]半夏厚朴加瓦楞子汤联合埃索美拉唑镁治疗胃食管反流,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To investigate the Banxia Houpo Walengzi decoction combined with PPI clinical curative effect of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Providing theoretical basis for future clinical application.[Methods] Collect in our hospital from 2014.01 to 2016.12 month taste hepatology clinic of gastroesophageal reflux disease in 82 cases, using the random number table method is divided into the joint group and the control group, patients with combined drug group from banxiahoupuwalengzitang decoction combined with PPI therapy, the control group patients were given PPI treatment, a course of 4 weeks. After the treatment, clinical symptoms in patients with comparison and under the electronic gastroscope esophageal mucosal lesions.[Results] The combined treatment group patients with reflux symptoms, belching obviously improved than the control group（P〈0.05）. Endoscopic esophageal mucosal inflammation integral comparison differences is statistically significant（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Banxiahoupuwalengzitang decoction combined with PPI for gastroesophageal reflux disease has obvious clinical efficacy, for banxiahoupuwalengzitang decoction clinical the theoretical foundation for further application.
