摘要
在电力系统中,核相是一项简单但又非常重要的工作。新建、改造和扩建后的发电厂、变电站电气设备和输电线路在投入运行前,必须进行核相试验,以确保相序一致、相位正确。目前,国内传统的核相技术存在一定的局限性。对基于同步相量测量技术的统一基准源核相方法进行研究,此种核相方法通过GPS对时信号来实现不同地域电源信号的同步采样,通过与电网中某一固定基准源信号相位比较,确定任意两不同电源点的相位关系,从而完成核相工作。基于同步相量测量技术的统一基准源核相方法操作简便、核相效率高,具有独特的优越性,并且可实现广域电源核相。
In the power system,the phase-check is a simple but very important work.The newly built,upgraded and expanded power plant,transformer substation electrical equipment and power transmission lines,before put into operation,must carry out phase-check test,in order to ensure that the voltage phase sequence and phase angle are correct.At present,traditional phasecheck technology used within the country has some limitations.In this paper,the method of unified reference source based on synchronized phasor measurement technology is discussed.The synchronous sampling of the source voltage signal in different regions is realized by comparing the phase of the measured signal to that of a fixed reference source signal in the power network according to the GPS time synchronization signal,so that the phase relationship between any two different power points can be determined.Thus the phase-check can be completed.The unified reference source phase-check method based on the synchronized phasor measurement technique is simple,easy to be carried out and of high efficiency,which has unique advantages.Also,the wide area power grid phase-check can be realized via this method.
