不同LED光质对非洲菊组培苗生长及生理特性的影响 被引量:15

Effect of Different LED Light Qualities on Proliferation and Physiological Characteristics of Gerbera jamesonii Plantlets

摘要 设置不同比例的红蓝发光二极管(LEDs)光质,通过对生根苗形态指标和生理生化指标的测定,研究不同光质对非洲菊组培苗生根培养的影响。结果表明:不同LED光质对非洲菊组培苗的生根和生长有显著影响。4RB处理的组培苗生根数量最多,在根长、鲜重和干重上均为次高,株高居中,说明该处理下获得的植株生根情况最优且植株健壮,外观品质好。4RB和8RB处理条件下,生根苗的生理特性绝大部分情况下为最佳和次之,表现为有机物积累增强,氮代谢稳定,植株膜质受伤害程度减轻且活性氧解毒能力提高。综合各项指标的测定结果认为,红蓝LED光质配比4:1是非洲菊生根苗培养的最适光质条件。该研究结果为利用LED光质调控技术进行优质高效非洲菊种苗生产奠定了理论基础和技术支持。 Based on the morphological and physiological and biochemical indexes, different ratios of red and blue light constructed by light emitting diodes(LEDs) were used to investigate the effect of light qualities on rooting culture of Gerbera jamesonii plantlets. The results showed that: different LED light qualities have significant influences on the rootage and growth of gerbera plantlets. Gerbera plantlets had the most number of roots, the second highest of the root length, fresh and dry weight, and moderate plant height under the treatment of 4 RB, therefore gerbera plantlets had the best rooting situation, good external qualities, and plantlets grew strong. Most physiological characters of gerbera plantlets were the best or the second best under the treatment of 4 RB and 8 RB, showing enhanced accumulation of organics, more stability nitrogen metabolism, reduced the membranous damage degree,and enhanced active oxygen detoxification ability. Overall consideration, gerbera rooted plantlets show their best performance under 4 RB. Therefore, ratio 4:1 of red and blue LED light is the optimal light quality for gerbera rooting culture. This study provides theoretical basis and technical supports for the application of efficient and high quality gerbera seedlings production by LED light quality control technology.
