摘要
土工膜作为性能优越的防渗材料,已较广泛用于水库防渗工程.从规范角度分析中国水库工程土工膜防渗土石坝发展速度滞缓的原因,并扼要阐述当前土工膜防渗设计时存在的主要技术疑虑.在此基础上,就设计中需重点关注的涉及土工膜强度分析、土工膜渗透机理、土工膜缺陷与缺陷渗漏、土工膜周边连接、坝面土工膜稳定性等若干关键问题进行深入阐述和分析,建议了合适的强度复核计算方法、缺陷控制措施、垫层设计思想、周边限漏连接设计及陡坡坝面土工膜增稳方法,期望能够消除或减轻设计人员使用土工膜防渗时的一些技术疑虑,促使土工膜在水库防渗工程中得以广泛应用.
Geomembrane with excellent impervious performance have been widely used in the seepage control of reservoir project. In this paper,the main technical concerns in the design of geomembrane barriers for reservoir project in China were briefly described.The reasons for slow development of earth-rock dams with geomembrane barrier were analyzed according to some related specifications. Some important points needed to be focused on,such as strength of geomembrane,permeation mechanism of geomembrane,geomembrane defect and defect-induced leakage,periphery connection of geomembrane,stability of geomembrane,et al,were presented and analyzed in detail during the design process of geomembrane barriers. An appropriate method for strength checking,the control measures for defect,the limited leakage design for periphery connection,the design idea of cushion layer,and the stability increasing method of geomembrane on steep slope were put forward. The technical misgivings of designers using impermeable geomembrane were expected to be eliminated or alleviated,which makes geomembrane be widely used in reservoir project.
