摘要
介绍了上海石化股份有限公司常减压装置加工中东高硫原油常减压塔顶及其冷却器的HCl-H2 S-H2 O体系腐蚀 ,以及高温重油部位的S -H2 S -RSH体系腐蚀情况 ,指出改进工艺设计 ,加强“一脱三注”管理和在重点部位选用双相钢或钛材可使腐蚀得到控制。
The HCl-H 2S-H 2O system corrosion in the coolers and overhead of the atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit processing Mid-east high-sulfur crudes in Shanghai Petrochemical Complex and S-H 2S-RSH system corrosion in high-temperature heavy oil sections were described. It was suggested that improved process design, strengthening of 'one removal and three injections' and selection of duplex steels or titanium material could bring the corrosion under control.
