摘要 钻头的工作情况可以根据综合录井资料分析判断,反映钻头磨损程度的主要特征参数有扭矩和钻时。该文针对目前判断钻头磨损尚未量化的现状,探讨了利用扭矩和钻时的相对变化量判断钻头磨损程度的量化方法,即扭矩和钻时相对变化量安全区域法。此方法在理论上具有合理性,在应用中具有指导意义,为人们在钻井过程中随时判断钻头工况提供了新的思路。 We can analyse and diagnose bit working state based on integrated logging data. The main characteristic parameters for bit wearing degree are torque and drilling time. According to the present situation of nonquantitated bit wearing, the paper discusses a quantitative method to diagnose its degree using the relative variation of torque and drilling time, that is safe area method of torque and drilling time's relative variation. This method has rationality in theory and instruction in application. Therefore, it provides a new idea for us to diagnose bit working state constantly during drilling.
