摘要
以某客车车身骨架为分析对象,根据ECER66法规的要求,完成客车车身有限元模型搭建、边界约束条件和工况加载。利用准静态的方法计算钢制客车的强度,通过查看钢制客车的应力分布、能量吸收以及是否侵入生存空间等综合来分析客车的安全性能。通过和实验数据对比,来检验分析的准确性,并为客车的侧翻分析提供一种可靠的仿真分析方法。
Taking the skeleton of a passenger car as the analysis object,and according to requirements of the ECER66 regulations,finite element model of the vehicle body is constructed,while the boundary constraint conditions and the working condition loading are completed. Strength of the steel bus is calculated by using the quasi-static method,and the safety performance of the car is comprehensively analyzed by checking the stress distribution of steel bus,energy absorption,whether to invade the living space,and so on. Through comparing with the experimental data,accuracy of the analysis is tested,and thus to provide a reliable simulating analysis method for the rollover analysis of the passenger car.
