摘要 垂直循环立体车库在利用小空间解决停车难问题方面有较大的优势,依据先设计后校核的思路,用UG NX9.0设计了车库结构,建立了三维模型,然后把三维模型导入到ANSYS Workbench17.0中进行有限元分析。在考虑了车库自重、风荷载及满载的力学条件下,对车库框架进行了应力、应变和变形分析,同时,还在无预应力条件对车库进行了模态分析。有限元分析结果表明,设计车库的框架结构有足够的安全强度;车库框架的模态频率处于低频段,链传动产生的振动低于且远离模态频率,电机产生的振动有可能会接近车库框架某高阶模态频率,据此提出了电机隔振或采用低速电机的建议。 The vertical circulating stereo garage has a great advantage in the use of small space to solve the parking problem.According to the design ideas of first design then check,the three-dimensional model was established by using the UG NX9.0 software; and then the 3D model was imported to the ANSYS Workbench 17.0 software. The stress,strain and deformation of the garage frame were analyzed in considering of the mechanical conditions like the garage weight,wind load,and the full-loaded condition; meanwhile,modal analysis of garage is conducted under the none pre-stress conditions. The finite element analysis results show that the garage frame has enough safe intensity; the modal frequency of the garage frame are at a low frequency bands; the vibration frequency generated from the driving chain is far away from the modal frequency; however,the vibration generated by the motor may be close to a high order modal frequency of the garage frame. Finally,suggestions of motor vibration isolation or using the low-speed motor are proposed.
