摘要 以电驱动海洋绞车为研究对象,利用UG建立海洋绞车各个部件的三维模型,完成装配并添加相应约束。将装配好的三维模型倒入到ADAMS中,然后利用ADAMS建立包括绳索在内的虚拟样机模型。海洋绞车的提升过程分为十个阶段,主要针对绞车提升过程中的几个加速阶段以及从减速到制动阶段进行仿真分析,得出绞车在每个阶段负载的速度和滚筒拖动力的变化曲线。并在此基础上分析了母船的升沉运动对负载运动的影响,获得了在波浪激励的影响下负载的动态响应与缆绳的张力变化规律,为海洋绞车的升沉补偿研究以及结构优化设计打下基础。 The electric marine winch was chosen as the study object in this paper. The 3D model of each part in the marine winch was built and then constructed by using the UG. The assembled 3D model was then put into the ADAMS,and the virtual prototype model including the ropes was established based on the ADAMS. The lifting process of marine winch is divided into ten stages. In this paper,the simulation analysis on several major acceleration phases and the stage from deceleration to braking of the lifting process is mainly focused on; finally the changing curves of load speed and the drag force of roller are obtained. In addition,after simulating the lifting process,change law of the loading dynamic response with the cable tension under influences of the wave excitations is obtained,which can be used in the research of heave compensation and structural optimization design of marine winch.
